This trial randomised 228 adult patients with traumatic acute subdural hematoma to;
- craniotomy
- decompressive craniectomy
The primary outcome was Extended GOS at 12-mths, and the ORs for difference was 0.85 (95% CI. 0.60 to 1.18, p=0.32).
