Can I clarify what people would classify as high and low PEEP? the groups used in LOVS and ExPress were 10vs 15cmH2O and 7vs13 cmH2O respectively. Whereas the ARDSnet ventilator protocol goes up to 24cmH20 - where is the evidence for the very high PEEP coming from? | |
