This is the other arm of the POISE-2 trial, a multi-centre prospective, 2x2 factorial trial, randomised 10,010 patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery and at risk of vascular complications to aspirin vs placebo and clonidine vs placebo. This paper reports the clonidine result....
