Is the use of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) superior to nasal CPAP as a respiratory support post-extubation in very preterm infants?
In this multicenter, noninferiority trial, 303 very preterm infants were randomised to either HFNC or nasal CPAP after extubation.
