This Danish observational study examines the outcomes in patients with tissue AVR and warfarin therapy (exclude those receiving warfarin prior to surgery or with AF). In 4075 patients there was a median follow-up of 6.57 years. Of these, 187 received aspirin only, 2278 warfarin only, 916...
